1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jz777 ("jz777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of jz777.club. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jz777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the jz777 platform. Providing false or misleading information — including false age declarations — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

jz777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact jz777 support immediately via live chat on jz777.club.

4. Deposits & Payments

jz777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the jz777 Cashier section.

• All funds deposited to jz777 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jz777 does not accept deposits from credit cards or borrowed funds. You must only deposit funds that you can afford to lose.
• Deposits are credited to your jz777 account balance in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits credit within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

6. Withdrawals

jz777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any funds in such accounts pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials appearing on jz777.club are the exclusive property of jz777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the jz777 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jz777 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or third-party acts.

jz777's total aggregate liability to any user for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user to their jz777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

jz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any other jz777 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification to jz777's satisfaction.
• Regulatory or legal requirements applicable to jz777's operations.
• Request by the user (including via self-exclusion).

You may close your jz777 account at any time by contacting jz777 support via live chat on jz777.club. Any genuine remaining balance (net of voided transactions and bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC clearance.
